D303 students: must have passed 24 credit points of study at levels 1, 2 & 3 with a minimum WAM of 60%

E763  or E765 students: EEE754, plus 1 unit from EEE755, EEE756, EPR731, EPR751, EPR781

Content

This unit aims to prepare students to confidently teach across the Humanities disciplines (History, Geography, Economics and Business and Civics and Citizenship). Students will develop skills in constructing lesson plans and assessment sequences that facilitate differentiated learning opportunities for students with a range of learning styles and abilities. The unit supports students to evaluate and interpret the role of digital resources and pedagogies within Humanities learning and develop understanding of how these can be effectively integrated into lesson plans and sequences.
