I'm ‘bad’ at meditation. What can I do?
Most people think that they're bad at meditation when they first try it. It may be because they feel uncomfortable learning a new skill, or because they realise how difficult it is to pay attention for a long period of time. So at the beginning, it is better to start with short meditation session of just 5 -10 min to build a routine. Don’t judge your practice – just do it. Your confidence will increase naturally over time.
