What if I can’t meditate twice a day?
The times you have chosen are just a guide to keep a regular practice. Sometimes it may be difficult to keep to those times. Experiment with different times until you find one that works.
During the course of this program experiment with different types of meditations and think of what would help you create a regular meditation practice and what gets in the way.
