Content
This unit explores both the application and implication of games design and its associated interactivity. Fundamental to this understanding is the correlation between game design principles and the effectual human-centred usability features in an interactive environment. Students will learn to critically evaluate contemporary game design and to propose and construct strategic, interactive, energetic, and visually imaginative design solutions that meet best-practice to consider site, audience, navigation, structure, and engagement. Teamwork and the evaluation of professional contexts, collaboration and communication strategies will support this outcome-based unit.
