Content

This unit provides students with the necessary tools to develop and improve their intrapersonal skills. Students will undertake self-diagnostic assessments and a reflective practice to identify areas and strategies for self-improvement. This unit also provides opportunities to hone communication skills and engage in career goal-setting for effective personal and professional development.
