Content

This unit further develops students’ writing skills in their language of choice while critically engaging in different written genres in that language. Practical experience is complemented by exploring key ideas in translation theory that inform contemporary practice. Students will develop key skills for effective translation, which may include using and critiquing resources such as dictionaries and automated translation tools.
