Content
The evolving world of publications in the physical form, from magazines to newspapers to experimental artists’ books and beyond – what we think of as “print media”— is far from dead! In this unit, students build upon their knowledge of design principles, typography and design systems to explore how we augment the experience of engaging with written and visual content in the physical form. Students will have the opportunity to create publications using their own content and/or supplied content and produce work using state-of-the-art production technologies as well as traditional and niche tools and printing processes.
